Return Policy

Please use the following form to send an email to ensure a smooth return process:

We will provide you with more instructions on how to return the product in exchange for an in-store refund or in the form of an electronic gift card.
In order to be eligible for a return, the  product must be in an unused state and in the same state as the received product .
The purchase of swimsuits and underwear is  final  and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
You must also return the packaging and other items that came with the order.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the items to china's order processing center.
If you return high-value items,  we recommend that you use a traceable. shipping service or purchase transportation insurance to ensure that we receive your returned items.
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, and we cannot refund your postage or shipping costs. We do not refund any additional service fees.

Please  do not refuse the package at your door or intentionally not pick it up at the post office, and do not return the package to the address on it .
If you do this, you will not return the item to us, but will be sent to the shipping center or warehouse. Unfortunately, we will no longer be able to find your package. We can only process it if we announce the return and refund via email in advance.
